Here are the main characters and settings of Cliffhanger Falls. Every character has a distinct physical look that can easily be reproduced. Whether it be a waxy moustache, a pipe or an eye patch, these devices will allow the audience to identify the character, even though different actors are portraying them episode to episode.

| Albert Kingsworth is the dark
overlord of Cliffhanger Falls who somehow owns all the land,
businesses, and more than a few citizens. He spends his time plotting
on how to get more power and maintain the Kingsworth dynasty. He is
always dressed in a fine double-breasted sport coat and a neck scarf .
He carries a brandy sniffer and his hair is a prestigious grey. |

| Caroline Kingsworth is Albert's sweet, innocent and voluptuous daughter. She spends her free time volunteering for some cause or another. She is in love with the town cop Hutch, but her father forbids her to speak with him. She is identified through her large chest, blonde, wig and white sun dress. |

| Vicky Klopek is a charming but vicious socialite. She's always double dealing and scheming everyone in town. She is identified by her brunette hair, cat eye glasses, tight black dress, and long cigarette holder. |

|
| Hutch McNeal is the town's 70's cop. He'also an orphan, his parents having been killed in a freak explosion in one of Kingson's mines. He loves Caroline but fears her father. His strange obsession with the law and pursuing justice has garnered him quite a few enemies. He is identified through his large blonde afro, thick dark moustache, dark sunglasses and black leather jacket. |

| Rick Carlyle is the snake in the grass of Cliffhanger Falls. He's an Ivy League lawyer who has his hand in everything. He aspires to Caroline's love and will go to any length to get it. He is identified through a black suit, an eye patch and slick black hair. |

| Who is the myserious wrapped man? Where did he come from and how did he escape? He could be a long lost love, a twin sibling, a human experiment gone wrong, a vampire, or a cyborg warrior from the future hellbent on revenge. It's up to you... |

| Obviously the settings can't be duplicated exactly episode to episode. We use establishing shots to let the audience know the general location. |
| Cliffhanger Falls is a town where everybody knows your secrets and intrigue lurks around every shadowy corner. It's a town where the rich run wild and dangers stalks the streets. A town where every conversation ends with a dramatic pause and a close up reaction shot. |

| Kingsworth Mansion is the dark heart of all of Cliffhanger Falls webs of deception. From here Albert Kingsworth prepares his traps and rules his fiefdom, Caroline Kingsworth pines for love, and the city's elite come to play. Not even the Kingsworths know how many rooms are in the manor, but estimates range into the hundreds. |

| The Precinct House is where Hutch McNeal tries his best to unravel the mysterious crimes that plague Cliffhanger Falls. Funnily enough despite the wealth of the city's inhabitants, its police headquarters are run down and shabby. The officers survive on cigarettes, Jim Beam, and adrenaline. Most of them are crooked and all of them are angry. Hutch tries his best to keep the place on track. |

| Carlyle Law Offices smells of cigar smoke and deceit. Rick Carlyle stocks his office with paralegals who are easy on the eyes and hard on the wallet. A room in the back houses the latest paper shredders special ordered from Germany. Many people have told secrets in this office. Some have even ended up not regretting it. |

| Kingsworth Park was donated to the city by Albert Kingsworth’s grandfather. It is perfect for lovers meeting for a rendezvous or spies meeting to exchange money. At night its trees and bushes provide to cover to thieves, rapists, and more. From midday trysts, to diabolical schemes, to gunbattle ambushes, this park has seen it all. There are both dead bodies and ancient treasure buried in its ground. |

CliffhangerFalls General is a hospital unlike any other. With the opening of the brand new Kingsworth Surgical Wing, Cliffhanger Falls General has become the premiere institute for brain transplants in the world. Of course, that's not all that goes on in its shadowed halls... Here, beauracrats are evil masterminds, the doctors are weightlifting champions, and the nurses like nothing better than giving sponge baths to the patients. |
